Write about thisAsteria · the practiceAddress the loud one, keep the rest.
A short protocol: one act for the loudest chapter, one for the quieter room underneath, so neither gets dropped.
And keep the background running
Once a week, take an hour alone with no screen and no task.

Asteria · plain wordsThe words on this page.
The astrology terms stay because they are the ones you will see everywhere. Here is what each one means.
Cycle
A planet travelling all the way around your chart and back to where it started. Several run at once, at different speeds.
Return
A planet back on the exact degree it held when you were born. Jupiter returns about every 12 years, Saturn about every 29.
Square and opposition
The quarter and halfway points of a cycle. They mark check-ins between returns.
Nodal return and reversal
The lunar nodes, the axis of direction in your chart, coming back to their birth place (every 18.6 years) or flipping end for end (halfway between).
Profection year
An ancient timing method: each birthday, the chart moves forward one house. That house and the planet that rules it lead the year.
Progressed Moon
Your emotional life as it matures, spending about two and a half years in each house.
Eclipse season
The few weeks around a solar or lunar eclipse, roughly twice a year. Eclipses touching your chart act as turning points.
Loud
Closest to exact right now. Every cycle is always running; the loud one is the one asking for attention.
Exact and felt
Exact is the precise date a contact peaks. It is felt for weeks or months either side.
