Career · David Bowie
The Midheaven, Sun, Saturn and Jupiter: your vocation signature, where it actually falls in the sky.
The public room faces Sagittarius. Jupiter rules the direction. The curriculum is meaning that can be lived in public. What is taken is the version of expansion that only existed as escape. What remains is the version that can stay and still reach further.
You are known for the big picture: teaching, expanding, pointing at what is possible.
Asteria · the MidheavenMidheaven in Sagittarius.
The direction the chart faces when it is seen. Not a title: a direction.
Broad, exploratory, meaning-driven work: you do best with scope and freedom.
No planets sit in the public room; its ruler carries the story.
You need your work to mean something and to keep your horizons open. A job with no larger purpose and no room to grow feels like a slow cage. You come alive when the work is a kind of quest.
Success without self-betrayal means committing deeply enough to actually arrive somewhere, instead of always reaching for the next horizon. Your restlessness can keep your career perpetually in motion and never quite landed. Plant something and stay to see it grow.
